​Christ-Centered Yoga: I also offer a free Livestream Soul Flow class on Wednesday mornings 8 am PST through Living Soul Institute. As a team we offer 4 classes/week plus and OnDemand subscription option for access to the entire library plus additional offerings. Register at www.livingsoulinstitute.com under "Flow with Us."
