A Living Soul Women's Retreat at Gathering Oaks in Waco, TX

We want you to join us October 19 - 22, 2023 at The Gathering Oaks Retreat Center. Nestled on 30 private acres under a canopy of oak trees, enjoy a fresh and modern retreat full of country charm. A quick 25 minute drive to Waco, TX where you'll have ample time to discover the beauty of this lovely town and the Magnolia Shops at the Silos! We are accepting deposits for registration on a first come, first serve basis - so gather up your people and join us!

Local Yoga Classes

Katie teaches at two local locations: 

Bainbridge Island Recreation Center (birec.org): Tuesdays 8 am and Fridays 10:30 am. Drop-ins welcome. Both classes are mixed-level vinyasa flow and everyone is welcome!

Lighthouse Fitness: This brand new barre and yoga studio opens in June in Winslow on Bainbridge. I'll be a regular instructor there and will post my schedule when released!

Living Soul Teacher Tune-Up returning this fall! 

YES! Kristin and I led Teacher Tune-Ups together in North Carolina and Los Angeles. We plan to be out on the road again this fall, hopefully to a city near you! This is for already certified yoga teachers AND new teachers enrolled in Living Soul Institute's Spring 2023 200-hr. YTT (starts online February 23rd). You can earn 20 hours of Yoga Alliance CEUS. Cost: $399. I hope you can join us!
