We will explore the issue at hand, as well as what else needs to shift in terms of behaviors, perspective, blind spots, etc. What skills do you need to develop? What do you need to move forward with purpose? By seeking integration in all areas of your life you are more likely to make desired changes, experience spiritual transformation, and improve your health and well-being on all levels. I will partner with you to provide ongoing encouragement, skills and support as you invest both time and intention in discovering how to "be new".
